Shipping policy


At Janay Skin, we aim to process and ship all orders with care and efficiency. Please review the information below to understand how shipping is handled.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times and may vary during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24–48 hours to update once the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped and transferred to the mail carrier, Janay Skin is no longer responsible for the package. This includes, but is not limited to, shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

All shipping-related inquiries must be directed to the mail carrier associated with your shipment. The carrier is solely responsible for the package once it leaves our facility.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Janay Skin is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to address errors are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Janay Skin is not responsible for delays caused by the mail carrier, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Janay Skin carefully packages all orders prior to shipment. However, once the package is in transit, we are not responsible for damage or loss that may occur. If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the mail carrier directly to file a claim.
