Shipping & Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been processed and handed over to the mail carrier, Janay Skin is no longer responsible for the package. This includes, but is not limited to, shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by the carrier.
Customers are provided with tracking information once the order ships and are responsible for monitoring the delivery. Any issues that arise during transit must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier, as they are solely responsible once the package leaves our possession.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Janay Skin is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to address errors are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Damaged Packages
Janay Skin carefully packages all orders prior to shipment. However, we are not responsible for damage that occurs once the package is in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the mail carrier directly to file a claim, as they are responsible for handling shipping-related damage.
